Rental Policy

• You must be 18 years or older to rent a golf cart from Buddy's.

• You must have a Valid Driver's License

• You must present another form of ID

  • For Locals: A Social Security Card is preferred.

  • For International Customers: A Passport is Preferred.

• Your driver’s license must be with you at all times while driving a golf cart.

• Do Not Drive under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

• No parking within 30 feet or less from street corners.

• No overloading the golf carts.

• Do not obstruct the free flow of traffic

• All streets are two-way streets.

• Speed Limit

  • 10 miles per hour in all of Caye Caulker

• If the rental policy is broken it will result in an impound of the golf cart with no refund.

• Ensure that the golf cart is locked up when not in use.

  • loss of lock, cable or key will result in a fine.​

• You will be provided with a full tank of fuel and is to return it with a full tank.​​​

Insurance & Collision Policy

• Insurance is for third party accidents only.

• If you crash into another golf cart, you will be required to incur all damage costs and the insurance company will pay for the other cart’s damages.

• If somebody crashes into you, they are liable for the damages, however you are required by law to file a police report.
